    • Air Duct CleaningMold growth is visible inside the duct sheet metal or on other components of your heating and cooling system.

Note: Many parts of your heating and cooling system may not be accessible for a visible inspection.  Ask your service provider to show you any mold they say is present.  Consider having an independent lab analyze the specimen to confirm the claim.  If you have insulated ducts, these can’t be cleaned effectively.  They should be replaced.

  • Your air ducts are infested with rodents or insects.
  • Visible particles are being released into the air from the ducts because they are clogged with dust and dirt.

Cleaning Process

Duct cleaning occurs by agitating the internal area of the duct system.

  •  Air flow is then pulled through the duct system using a hepa filtered air scrubber.
  •  The duct line is then treated with an allergen encapsulent which encases the allergen in a polymer coating.
  • Once encapsulated the allergen is denatured.
  • Air duct cleaning should not take more than four hours to complete.
